ÁNIMO will gladly accept returns for products purchased from this site that are eligible for return. 

CONTACT info@animo925.com with your name and order number to proceed with your return.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: 

Final sale items cannot be returned for refunds, exchange or credit. 

(Promotions including coupons and promo codes cannot be applied to final sale items)

EXCHANGES:

If eligible, you may exchange your order for another item or you may also receive store credit. Exchanges can only be made 14 earth days after receiving your purchase.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition; item(s) must not be worn, stained and/or damaged in any way. ¡No te pases de lanza!

ÁNIMO is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return fees. ÁNIMO is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. 

Once your return is received and the quality has been checked, you will receive a refund for the item minus any shipping fee.

CANCELLATIONS:

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. Please email info@animo925.com so we can assist in cancelling your order.

If you need to change your order's shipping information after confirming your purchase, email info@animo925.com immediately. This can only be modified with unprocessed and/or unfulfilled orders. This will not apply to orders that have already been processed and shipped out of our facility.
